Founded in 1987, Thibault & Moore (T&M) Catering, is located in St.Clair Shores, Michigan.  We provide specialty catering services for all occasions, custom designed to meet our client’s needs. 

Under the direction of owners Don Moore, Director of Catering, and Scott Vezinau, Executive Chef, Thibault & Moore is the exclusive caterer to the following venues:

The Fillmore Detroit (formerly the State Theatre) - On Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit’s Fox Theatre area, the Fillmore is a Renaissance Revival–Style building which today is a busy concert venue.  It’s cabaret-style terraced theatre seating makes it a perfect urban setting for many events.   The large mezzanine, grand staircases and balconies would provide the perfect backdrop for your special event.

The Masonic Temple Detroit - This large events venue is located in downtown Detroit on Temple near Woodward Avenue. A Neo-Gothic style building, dating back to the early 1920’s, it provides a unique historical atmosphere, and large chandelier-lit ballrooms… the perfect setting for weddings and corporate events. Smaller banquet rooms can be booked for birthdays, anniversaries and tour groups, etc.

The Detroit Historical Museum - Located on Woodward Avenue in Detroit’s Museum district.  It chronicles the early history of Detroit in days long passed.  Imagine your special event, with guests strolling a cobblestone-lined street, peering through windows of nineteenth century stores, and listening to whistling toy trains and the clomping sounds of horse’s hooves.

The Grosse Pointe Academy - Located on a 20-acre campus on Jefferson Avenue overlooking the glorious Lake St. Clair.   The wooded grounds provide a picturesque setting for outdoor weddings.  The French-Gothic Style chapel can be used for weddings, baptisms, funerals and other ceremonies.  A peaceful and beautiful place for your special event.  Indoor facilities available as well.

St. Josaphat Banquet Centre - A cozy, yet elegant banquet facility located in Warren , Michigan with easy access to 696 expressway.  It can accommodate up to 350 persons, specializing in weddings, showers, anniversaries, birthdays, communions, graduations, and corporate events.  Select from various menu choices served individually, family-style or buffet. 

In addition, Thibault &Moore Catering has been the preferred provider of catering services for the past seven years to the Chrysler Corporation during the North American International Auto Show through their affiliation with Clearblue Incorporated.
